A good cup of coffee is sometimes a work of art: From the taste to the looks of it, what a barista creates, may be a unique creation which could be difficult to replicate if you don’t have the right technique.
My favorite coffee place, here in the OC is called Portola Coffee Lab. Away from the syrup-overloaded-Starbucks-drinks, those guys at Portola really enjoy each cup they create for the customer. And this you can see, taste and smell.
A cup of coffee is not simply a cup of coffee.
