This is definitely one of my favourite smoothies. The mix of sweet and sour simply works perfectly. Just try it, you won’t be disappointed!
Makes: 1 liter
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4-5 peaches ( I had 3 pretty large ones and a smaller one)
- 2 grapefruits (about 220 ml of juice)
- 90 g blueberries
Method:
Squeeze the juice of the grapefruits. Put it in a blender. Add the blueberries and the roughly chopped peaches. You can also use nectarines or apricots if you have some at home.
Mix until smooth. Serve. Enjoy.
